ABOUT MEHi, I'm Crystal, (they/them) a nonbinary hispanic cosplayer. I've been cosplaying since 2004, but started learning how to sew in 2003.
I graduated from the University of North Texas with a BFA in Theater w/ my emphasis being Costume Design and Technology. I worked part-time in the UNT Costume Shop as a Lab Assistant where I'd help students get their lab hours completed by teaching them how to do the basics- to assisting with doing small fixes or tiny pieces for our seasons performances. I was lucky to become an Assistant Designer for two shows and a Designer for two dance concerts. I didn't end up in the Theater track for my final career, but working on tight deadlines in Theater can really put you in the mindset of focusing in stressful atmospheres and how to adapt. I currently work as a Production Manager at an Anime company. Cosplay is a hobby for me, so I don't do commissions for others, unless it's a wig commission and that is quite rare. However, I am always open to answering any questions anyone may have on if you are curious how I did something. |

Some of my work...
Here are some of my completed projects. To view more with some write ups, please check out my portfolio. It won't be complete as I've cosplayed since 2004, but I'll continuously be adding to it.
